Oh My PDF processes your documents in your browser. Document contents and filenames are not sent to our payment, license, or analytics services. The website still uses servers to deliver the app, process purchases, verify licenses, and receive basic anonymous funnel events.
Stripe processes purchases and holds payment records. Our backend uses purchase identifiers and license information to verify access. Optional license claiming stores your email, license association, and sign-in audit records in our database; email delivery supports sign-in and recovery. These services do not receive your documents.
We collect a basic allowlist of anonymous funnel events on our server to understand visits, tool use, exports, and checkout. We do not use Google Analytics or third-party analytics scripts. Event fields are restricted to approved categories and campaign labels; document contents, filenames, extracted text, form values, license keys, and email addresses are excluded. We do not sell this data. Hosting and payment providers also handle network requests needed to operate the service.
Claiming a license to an email address is entirely optional — the license works without it. If you claim, we store that email address, the license key, and sign-in audit events (issued via one-time email links; no passwords) to let you restore your license across devices. You can ask us to remove this association anytime at the address below.
We do not collect your document contents, filenames, extracted text, or document form values for analytics. Browser storage supports your license, daily free export count, preferences, presets, and limited campaign attribution. Optional license sign-in uses a session cookie. Documents are processed locally; keep your original files and download the results you need.
