Individual tools remain free, with 2 successful export actions per day and no promotional watermark. A split or image export packaged as one ZIP counts as one action. Failed processing does not consume an export. No account is required for free individual tools. The workspace, batch processing, and saved presets require Pro.

Keep original files and review exports before submitting them. Compression may not reduce file size. Image-based compression removes searchable text and interactive forms and reduces quality; it requires your acknowledgement. Editing a signed document may invalidate its signature.
Oh My PDF uses pdf-lib (MIT License) and pdf.js (Apache 2.0 License). Both are open source and commercially usable.
